I give them all a little chat as they get watered...And I'm sure the cats talk to them too... ;)It's a snake plant. They are very easy to keep alive.

Another name for that is "Mother-In-Law's Tongue". Go figure.I saw these growing the wild in India. Right next to the poinsettias, which are actually trees. I never knew that before I visited there.
I saw them growing in Africa also...so interesting!
