What's for Dinner Wednesday

Krisco does this every Wednesday and I usually don't have anything to report. Usually we are running from work to get home to chow down and run out to small group.

Tonight we are staying in as we don't have group so I will likely make something healthy...and probably involving chicken.

But yesterday. Yesterday I made the best meal ever. Salmon with honey, bbq, soy sauce & a dash of worcestershire sauce. Broiled for 5 minutes on each side. A side of peas and a pile of wild rice along with a glass of white wine. I will admit to you that I did indeed lick my plate clean. And Andy's. And I will not apologize. I have never had better salmon. Perfectly flakey, not fishy but sweet and juicy. I proclaimed that I could eat that meal forever. Or at least every night. I can hardly look at this picture without my mouth watering. Too late...

Doesn't it though? And no. I ate it all yesterday. Sorry. :)

I'll let you know next time. Does Ed like Salmon? We could have a lovely double-date of it!

sweet! He does like fish. He gobbled up the taipai I fixed a couple weeks ago. He's eaten the fish he's caught, so it's safe to say he likes fish (unless he was starving in the wilderness and had to eat whatever he caught...)
